Welcome! I am glad you have found your way to my website. I offer a variety of yoga practices for beginners and advanced participants. My top priority is to create a safe experience for you to feel confident in the practice of yoga. With a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Trauma Sensitive Yoga background, I have many tools to offer you. My teachings are inspired by my own personal journey and the 200 hour registered yoga teacher training program from Mind the Mat in Alexandria, VA. I am currently pursuing my 500 hour yoga teacher training with Beloved Yoga in Reston, VA. When I am not studying or teaching, you can find me supporting the Acupuncture, Herbal, and Traditional Chinese Medicine office of Molly Shapiro.
